Hello!!

I'm so pleased you're here.

I’ve always been happiest when moving. Growing up on the Isle of Wight, I spent my childhood running, sailing, hiking, and exploring. In my 20s, I moved to London to join the “rat race.” I had a lot of fun—working, socialising, and partying—but I always felt the call to be active and in nature. Whenever I could, I’d escape back to the sea and countryside. In London, I found my outlet in gyms, running, HIIT, and strength training. I qualified as a personal trainer to deepen my knowledge, and started training friends and colleagues in local parks.

I discovered yoga on a surf holiday and was struck by how immobile I’d become from years of running, weightlifting, and desk work. Falling in love with how yoga made me feel—physically and mentally—I enrolled in my first teacher training at TriYoga with Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo Deemer. Their teaching blended ancient Eastern traditions of yoga and Qi Gong with modern somatic practices, completely reshaping how I understood the body, mind, and movement. Later, I completed my 500-hour YTT with Jason Crandell, drawn to his focus on alignment, anatomical precision, and his light-hearted teaching style.

My desire to immerse myself in movement has only grown since. I’ve continued to study and be inspired by teachers like Kate Gillespie and Meghan Currie, and I’m a huge fan of Tracy Anderson’s The Method. In 2021, my husband and I relocated from London back to the South Coast, and being close to the sea and nature again has felt like a dream come true.

From these foundations, my own teaching style has emerged: a blend of yoga, strength, mobility, and primal-inspired movement. I’m passionate about helping workers—especially desk-based professionals and corporate teams—find their vitality through movement. My aim is to help students build bodies that are strong, functional, and mobile—so they feel confident, capable, and free to move with joy and ease every day.
